At ALT Swim, we want you to feel confident in your swimwear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for store credit or size exchanges on all full-priced items. Please ensure all garments remain in their original condition with hygiene liners and tags firmly attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed and unworn swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all protective hygiene stickers are intact to qualify for a return.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Processing & Credit
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
